Please review the following terms before booking your premium bartending experience with Coastal Mixx.

1. Booking & Deposits

A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your event date. Dates are not reserved until both are received.

The remaining balance must be paid prior to the event date unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Alcohol Responsibility

Coastal Mixx Bartending does not provide or sell alcohol. All alcohol must be supplied by the client in accordance with Texas state regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non‑refundable. If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible.

Rescheduling may be available depending on date availability.

4. Travel & Service Area

We serve Port Lavaca and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply depending on distance.

5. Liability

Coastal Mixx Bartending is fully licensed and insured. However, we are not responsible for injuries, damages, or incidents resulting from guest behavior or alcohol consumption.
